Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of YouToub.org (“YouToub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Orlin Bobchev. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use YouToub.

What the service does
YouToub lets you follow public YouTube playlists, search saved playlist details, and view entries that later become unavailable or are removed. It uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public playlist information. It does not host or download YouTube videos, and it does not access private playlists through your Google account.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.
- Use only public YouTube playlist links that you are entitled to submit. Do not use YouToub to violate another person’s rights, applicable law, or YouTube’s rules.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another user’s account or archive, misuse synchronization, bypass security controls, or probe the service without authorization.
- You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are not, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where the law allows it.
YouTube and Google terms
By using this YouToub API Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube content remains subject to YouTube’s terms and the rights of its owners. YouToub is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google or YouTube.
Google may provide sign-in, reCAPTCHA, hosting, or YouTube API services used by YouToub. Your use of those Google or YouTube services may also be governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies, including the Google Privacy Policy, the Google APIs Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Your material and service content
You retain rights you have in the information you provide, such as your display name and playlist links. You give us permission to process those items as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service. YouTube video, channel, thumbnail, and playlist content belongs to YouTube or its respective owners and is subject to their rights and terms. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute YouTube content through YouToub except where YouTube’s terms and applicable law permit it.
Archive and availability limits
YouToub is provided as a convenience and is not a guaranteed backup. Synchronization depends on YouTube’s APIs, public availability, quotas, network access, and the continued operation of this service. Records may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete preservation, or that every removed video will remain identifiable.
Archiving a playlist stops its active synchronization but preserves its history in your account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including synchronization, as needed for security, legal, technical, or provider requirements. You can stop using the service and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, address misuse or security issues, comply with law, or respond to a provider restriction. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice. You may stop using YouToub at any time. Account and archive deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, YouToub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be available, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for YouTube or other third-party services, content, or changes outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use YouToub. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or a consumer or data protection right that applicable law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and costs resulting from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of YouToub, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own conduct or where applicable law prevents this obligation.
Changes and applicable law
We may revise these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we do. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the service operator, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
